With the launch of the movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice a week a go I felt it would be a good opportunity to showcase some pictures from the European Premiere of the movie which happened recently as well.
I’m sure you have heard that the movie didn’t go down too well with the critics and that there was that viral video of a sad looking Ben Affleck in an interview he did this week. But taking in to account the awful reviews I guess a lot of people wanted to see a mash up between Batman and Superman. So much so that reports are coming out today the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has so far taken $530 million at the box office globally. Not bad, considering the movie cost a reported $250 million, they’ve have made a tidy return.
This is a movie which consists of two main male actors and within the cast there was also an array of male talent. I thought it would be good to show a collective assortment of different haircuts and hairstyles below.
Ray has a cameo role in the movie and plays the character Victor Stone (Cyborg), in the picture below Ray is showcasing a clean cut haircut, short and neatly tapered.
Ben is 43 and for the movie Ben had to get in to shape in a serious way to play Batman/Bruce Wayne, you can tell he is looking well. His hair has been cut with clippers and is short, jagged to create texture and lift. Its a casual look and he has styled the hair at the front with a little quiff.
Zack was the Director on the movie. He is also sporting a hairstyle which is natural, short and has been cut with clippers. This haircut doesn’t need a lot of effort to maintain and style, in fact his subtle curls do that for him.
Jason is from Hawaii and plays Arthur Curry (Aquaman) in the movie. There’s not much to say about this hairstyle apart from stating the obvious that the hair is pretty long, it certainly helps him get those type of roles big block buster movies always seem to go for.
Sporting a shorter than normal haircut, Ezra plays the character Barry Allen (The Flash) in the movie. His hairstyle is very laid back, wavy and easy to style.
You got to love Jesse for the type of roles he has played on screen. I liked him in such movies like Adventureland and The Social Network, in this movie he plays Lex Luthor. At 32 he still looks very fresh faced and his hair is very curly, natural, medium in length. I bet he just wakes up, has a quick shower and then its job done. This type of hair looks like if it’s not regularly maintained it gets out of control pretty quickly.
Henry plays Clark Kent (Superman) in the movie. Henry has his hair short and clippers are used, you can also see that his hair is curly which helps and its also shinny. So a little wax, pomade or styling cream will work to get that effect.
Signing off, Regards.
