One for the Boys Fashion Ball was held recently at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London on the 12th June. Over the last few years there have been a number of events for the ‘One for the Boys’ campaign to raise awareness of male cancer. The founder and creator of the campaign was a lady called Sofia Davis who was inspired to help a male friend of hers who had lost his brother to cancer.
A number of brands over the years have got involved to support the campaign including Fiat, GQ Magazine, Virgin Atlantic, Swatch, Asprey London, British Fashion Council, Moet & Chandon, Huawei, Dunhill and so on. It has also been backed by celebrities like Samuel L Jackson who has been at the forefront over the last few years with this campaign.
The object of the campaign is to bring awareness to male cancer which is a topic a lot of men keep quiet about and often are afraid to speak out about it or even seek assistance when they think they may have cancer. The campaign also helps to raise money for people with cancer.
On the night it was a star studded event where there was a catwalk parade and music was laid on by artists like Kylie Minogue, Nicole Sherzinger and Tinie Tempah.
There were a great number of hairstyles on the red carpet and I have added a varied selection in this article for you to be inspired to try yourself. Every chap in this post looks dapper and very stylish, but I think what particularly stands out is the casual side part quiff which is either a little disheveled or in some cases nicely combed over the front.
Check out what I mean below!

All the best, Alex.
